Current patients... Refer a friend or family member and you will receive 50% off your next monthly fee.    New patients only.   Restrictions apply.

To qualify for the referral discount:

• Existing patients can refer new patients only. New patient must pay full registration fee with no membership discounts.
• New patient must mention referral at time of registration.
• 50% off next monthly membership fee.
• Referral amount given as credit on the following month after patient signs up and pays full registration and first month membership.
• Multiple referrals are welcome.
• If multiple successful referrals are made, discounts will be applied to consecutive months.
For example, If you refer 2 patients who sign up in December, you will receive 50% off of both January and February.
